Welcome to Arbor Heights Community Church

A Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in West Seattle, Washington

A.B. Simpson
Founder of The Christian and Missionary Alliance

Albert Benjamin Simpson, founder of The Christian and Missionary Alliance was born December 15, 1843 in Bayview, Prince Edward Island, Canada. At an early age he felt the call of God on his life to preach and later experienced a dramatic conversion to faith in Jesus Christ.

After discovering a line in Walter Marshall’sGospel Mystery of Salvation, “The first good work you will ever perform is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ,” Simpson committed his life to “Jesus Only”—the anthem that also ignited an unquenchable passion in his heart to reach the lost.

It is high time to awake out of sleep —Romans 13:11

What's New at Arbor Heights Community Church?

As the holidays are approaching, there are many things happening at Arbor Heights!  On November 22nd, we will gather after the service to celebrate God’s blessings from the past year.  Join us for our Thanksgiving dinner!  Turkey and all the fixings will be provided.

Our Women’s Christmas dessert fellowship will be Friday, December 11th, at 7pm downstairs in the fellowship hall from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Our guest speaker will again be Susie Tucker Boer. She will come as a shepherdess who witnessed the first Christmas. Dessert will be provided. Invite your friends, neighbors and co-workers. RSVP to Joann Severson.

The kids at our AWANA program are working hard on their verses and their service projects! The SPARKS group will be delivering their Operation Christmas boxes this week to be sent to children across the globe.  The club will also celebrate Christmas with a special party on December 15th. Our AWANA program meets on Tuesday nights at 6:15 pm at our church building. Please email if you have any questions!

On December 19th, our church will be celebrating the birth of our Savior with a special evening praise and worship service.  Join us at 7:00pm and stay for a dessert reception following.
